You Should Feel Like Shit

Do you ever feel like shit?
Maybe you feel like this after you eat that junk food that you promised you wouldn't. Maybe you feel like shit after you procrastinate all day long and don't get your work done. Maybe you feel like shit when you don't do the work for the side project you took on.
And now a social media creator says to you, "You should stop feeling guilty/bad for not being productive. For not doing the right things." And it validates your emotions and you also stop feeling bad.
But feeling bad or like shit is actually a good thing. It's a good thing because it shows you that what you want from life and what you're actually doing is not in alignment.
You feel like shit because your vision for life is not in alignment with what you're doing right now.
Which means to stop feeling like shit. You need to do the right things. You need to do the things that you know you should be doing. And if you don't.
You'll feel like shit. Because it's a message from your body. From your system to warn you that you're not becoming the person you wanted to become.
The only cure for feeling like shit is to take action and do the things that you know will take you in the right direction.
