Lessons from My Last Day of College
Today was my last day in college
Coincidentally, Today was the last day of my college. And in the last 3 years, my college never taught me shit that will be useful in real life. But, I learned hundreds of new lessons on my own. And I would like to share 3 of them with you.
1. Creating Content
You know creating content is that one activity that can skyrocket your self-improvement. It is the one activity that will teach you everything from Compounding to Patience to Consistency.
And all of these skills will serve you in the long term. So, If you're in school or college, then just start creating some form of content. It will teach you more than any $100,000 degree.
2. Relationships
Choose your relationships wisely. You always have the choice of staying with someone or not. I was in a one-sided relationship with a girl for the past 8 years. And it took a lot of courage to leave her as it was terrible for my mental health.
The truth is men settle for women because they don't get much female attention and validation when they get some. They even become satisfied with scraps.
Don't be like me. Keep healthy standards for a relationship. Moreover, make sure the other person wants you.
3. Delay Gratification
Delay gratification, delay pleasure now and choose hardship so your future self can have a better future and have more pleasure.
Stop:
Watching Shows you aren't genuinly excited about
Playing Video Games
Watching Porn
Masturbation
Eating Junk Food all day
Wasting your fucking time
Instead, Start:
Exercising
Meditation
Content Creation
Gratitude Journaling
Reading Books
Taking Walks in the Nature
Replace all your bad habits with good ones and see your life transform.
