The Reason You Feel Like Shit

and how to fix that

Have you ever felt like shit?

Like you don't like yourself, you don't like being you. I'm sure you might have felt like that someday and when you feel like that.

You consume content that says: You should love yourself. And for a short period of time, you go back to feeling good and genuinely happy but after some time. You start feeling shitty again.

To tell you the truth, I have felt like that for a long period of time. And the reason is simple.

My actions were not in alignment with the person I wanted to become and my brain was signalling to me that I should be taking action in the right direction by making me feel bad and shitty for not doing the right things.

So, Anytime you feel shitty or bad about yourself. Ask yourself this one question: "Are my actions in alignment with the person I want to become?"

And if your actions are not in alignment with the person you want to become, you need to change your actions. Because every action that you take is like taking a vote for the person you want to become.

And if you eat junk food every day, then your brain will start seeing you as a fat person. But if you eat healthy every day, your brain will start seeing you as a healthy person.

So, Change your actions and you'll automatically stop feeling shitty about yourself.
