How To Stay Consistent

to achieve your GOALS

You know it would be easy on my part to say: Just be disciplined. But to be honest, you might have heard this a thousand times by now. But still, you're not disciplined and crushing your goals.

And that's why I will share a secret tool with you which will make staying consistent easy for you.

1) Identify each action you need to do every day to move closer to your goal

ex: For me to be a writer, I need to write every day

2) Write down a time you are going to do each action, you mentioned above

ex: Every day at 8 AM, I'm going to write a piece of content

3) Set a time limit for that action

ex: I'm going to finish my writing in 45 mins

Now, all you need to do is just show up every day and focus on doing the action at the same time.

Stop relying on willpower and create a system to stay disciplined. A system means, no matter what happens you're going to do the same action at the same time every day. No exceptions.

Because motivation and willpower fade away. But systems always stay intact.
